Return and Refund Policy
General Return Guidelines

All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items purchased as sets must be returned as complete sets.

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of use.

Any serial key scratch card has been tampered with.

Books are found to be photocopied or reproduced.

We reserve the right to decline the return and send the items back to the customer if the above conditions are not met.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange-
You may return any purchased items within 7 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason, provided:

The items retain their consumer properties.

Factory labels are intact.

The product is in ready-for-sale condition.

A copy of the purchase receipt must be included with the return.
Return or Exchange Due to Defects

Customers may report defective items and request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

The defect must not be caused by improper use or handling by the customer.

If approved:

A full refund, including original shipping charges, will be issued.

We will also reimburse your return shipping cost upon submission of a courier or postal receipt.

If you prefer an exchange, and if stock is available, we will send a replacement.

If not available, we will contact you to mutually decide on a refund or alternative.
