Project Manager's Handbook
The Second edition of the book is fully in line with PMITM’s sixth edition of PMPTM and can serve as a great guide for the certification examination for the sixth version that comes into vogue from 2018. The book lays stress on reflective learning and provides a large number of review exercises, practical examples, case studies and tips. The book elucidates the abstruse and “dry” concepts through examples, diagrams and tables enabling the reader to visualize the project management process and knowledge areas in a simple and uncomplicated manner. One can safely say that this book is nothing but – project management made simple.
The aim of the present book is three fold:
1. Facilitate the reader take and crack the PMPTM certification exam.
2. Serve as an exhaustive handbook for the reader interested in studying project management as a subject in their undergraduate and post graduate courses.
3. Serve as a ready reference and handbook for those engaged in managing projects as professionals.
