The first topic is an eye opener regarding the havoc that is caused by the laxity in understanding ‘the nuances’ and ‘the subtleties’ and even some ‘ordinary precautions’ in the construction procedures in the field.
The second topic reveals how easily the failure in appreciating the correct meaning of the ‘Plant production Rates’ and the ‘Job efficiency factors’ in a Highway and Bridges Project. In consequence, the project duration can even double (even treble) just because of loosely worded contractual requirements.
