About the Editors
Dr. Govind P. Shinde
He is Ph.D in Management Science, M.Com in Costing & Taxation, M.B.A Marketing & GDC&A (Maharashtra Government). He has 16 years of teaching experience and 1 year Industry Experience. He has also worked as I/c Director in MGM IMSR and I/c Principal in MGM CCSIT, Navi Mumbai. He has presented more than 18 research papers in various conferences and seminars and also has published 17 research papers in reputed and referred international journals. He has published two books on Retail Marketing and on general management and articles in newspapers. He has been awarded best paper award by Research Development Association & Research Development Foundation, Jaipur. He has vast research experience of under his guidance two students have already awarded Ph.D and 8 students are registered. He has been awarded by Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune for his achievement in academics during the year 2010, Indian Education Excellence Award, Awarded by Indian Economic Development & Research Association (IEDRA), 2012, New Delhi and Best Professor award by Virtue of approved Qualification, Experience, Skills and Training, Awarded by Indian Society of Concept Management (ISCM). He is working on various bodies of University of Mumbai. He is a consultant for various industries and Research students in Management and commerce. He has worked as a coordinator of various national and International conferences organized by BVIMSR. He is on the editorial board of various international and national journals. He is a member of various national & international professional bodies. He has been the resource person for FDP, MDP and conferences.
Dr. Manisha Dubey Shukla
Dr. Manisha Dubey Shukla holds BSc, MHRM & IR, UGC-NET, PhD degree. She has 11 years of teaching experience. She is currently working as an Associate Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeths Institute of Management and Information Technology; she has worked as Visiting Professor for PICT School of Technology and Management, STM, Pune; as a Senior Lecturer, IBS, Lucknow (2008-2009) and as Lecturer at Sherwood College of Management, Lucknow. She has 17 papers¸ book chapters and management cases published in referred national and international journals. She has been coordinator for an international conference and few workshops in area of management and research like ICSSR-BVIMSR Workshop on Research Methodology and Data Analysis and NHRD Round Table. She is on the editorial team of various national and international journals. She has two books (Authored/ Edited) in area of management to her credit. She was member of Sherwood Consultancy Services team for two days refresher Training Programme. She has a membership of NHRD Mumbai Chapter, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT).
Dr. D. Y. Patil
Dr. D.Y.Patil holds B.Sc., MBA, Ph.D from Pune University. After completing MBA in 1981 he worked in Industry for 5 Years and then joined Bharati Vidyapeeth as Lecturer in Management and grew up to the position of Director. He is renowned academician having more than 28 years of teaching experience. He is a Past President, Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), Member of Management Council, University of Mumbai, Member of Senate, University of Mumbai, Management Council, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, Secretary Forum of Management Institutions, University of Mumbai, Jt. Director, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai Campus, Presently, Director of Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research Navi Mumbai .He has been bestowed with various awards and citations like, Jewel of New Bombay by Indian Merchant Chamber, Rastriya Vidya Gaurav Gold Medal Award from International Institute of Education and Management, New Delhi, Jewel of India Award by Indian Solidarity Council, New Delhi, Glory of India Award by Indo British Friendship Banquet, London He has contributed in the area of Research by producing already 11 Doctorates and other 5 research scholars are in the process of submitting their research thesis for the award of Ph.D. He has published and presented more than 30 papers in National & International Conference and Journals. He is the Chief Editor of Bharati Vidyapeeths Journal of Management Research. He has two edited books in area of management to his credit.
