, a Chartered Accountant has worked in various industry segments like Financial Services, Telecom, Software etc, in different functions like Accounting, Finance, Commercial, Administration and Marketing.

Nearly a decade ago she added Human Resource Management as a new dimension to her repertoire of activities, by engaging in HR Planning, Resource management, Skill assessment and personality profiling and Human Resource Audits.

She has published many articles in National and International publications. She is a sought after speaker and trainer in the corporate world as well as the education sector.

Author of 5 books (two of them video books), she distills her experience into her books, which makes for engaging reading. Her passion for learning, life and fun is displayed in her writing.

She is the founder Director of a Software Company – T8 Software Services P Ltd, which develops banking application software.

Diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2007, she is now completely recovered and leads a full and fulfilling life. She is part of the Pink Hope Breast Cancer support group. She is invited by many corporate to speak to groups of employees to increase awareness of Breast cancer. She has written and directed a play on cancer “A bend in the road”, which has received excellent reviews.
